YNV may offer full-time and part-time W-2 employment as well as independent contractor opportunities for veterinarians. The appropriate arrangement depends on the role, work, location, current business needs, and applicable requirements. Washington LVT and veterinary assistant opportunities are employee roles at this time.

You can tell YNV your availability, preferred geographic area, desired workload, and clinical interests. You may pick and choose available shifts through the YNV app, or ask our team to help with the matching process. Every opportunity still depends on clinic demand, qualifications, mutual fit, and confirmation.

Depending on your role, credentials, experience, preferences, and local demand, assignments may include general practice, emergency medicine, urgent care, surgery, or a combination of settings.

Eligible full-time employees may receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer matching. Eligible part-time employees may receive a 401(k) with employer matching and sick leave. Benefits are subject to eligibility rules, waiting periods, current plan documents, and company policies. Veterinarians must be properly licensed and eligible to practice in the state where they will work and must have, or be able to obtain, any required DEA registration before the applicable start date. Washington LVTs need an active Washington LVT license. Relief professionals are expected to adapt to reasonable hospital protocols, workflows, schedules, charges, and charting methods. You remain responsible for your professional license, ethical obligations, scope of practice, and clinical judgment. YNV does not expect you to perform work that is illegal, unethical, outside your scope, or beyond your clinical comfort and ability.

You share your availability and preferences with YNV. You may pick and choose available shifts through the YNV app, or ask our team to help match you with suitable opportunities. The app also supports availability, notifications, messaging, and assignment information. The exact process may vary by role and work arrangement, and shifts are not final until confirmed.

Relief work may involve different hospitals and teams. Some needs are short-term, while others may create recurring assignments. The mix depends on your preferences, geography, qualifications, and clinic demand.

YNV reviews the information you provide and may contact you to discuss your background, credentials, location, availability, and goals. If there is a potential fit, the team will explain the next steps, which may include a conversation, credential review, offer process, registration, and onboarding. A form submission does not create an employment or contractor relationship.

The website form is the best first step for most new candidates. Use the registration portal when the YNV team directs you there or when you are ready to provide the information required for the platform and onboarding process.
