Create a veterinary work schedule that reflects your professional goals and life outside the clinic. YNV works with veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians, and experienced veterinary assistants to support hospitals across Washington, including Greater Seattle and the Puget Sound region.
Shifts are based on clinic demand, geography, qualifications, experience, availability, and mutual fit.
Washington DVM opportunities may include full-time W-2 employment, part-time W-2 employment, and independent contractor relief work. Depending on your experience and preferences, assignments may include general practice, emergency medicine, urgent care, surgery, or a combination of settings.
YNV welcomes experienced Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) in Washington who are comfortable joining new teams, following hospital protocols and workflows, and working within the scope of their license. LVT opportunities are employee positions and may be full-time or part-time.
YNV also works with experienced veterinary assistants in Washington. Candidates should be comfortable joining new teams, following hospital workflows, and working within the responsibilities allowed by their credentials. Current veterinary assistant opportunities are employee roles and may be full-time or part-time.
YNV serves veterinary hospitals across Washington State. As part of the YNV team, you get to choose your geographic work area, if you wish to take on any travel assignments or if you prefer to stay close to home.
Individual hospital needs change, just like your own may change. You always retain the ability to adjust your geographic preferences and availability.
Relief professionals tell YNV when they are available, where they prefer to work, and which clinical settings fit their skills. Providers may pick and choose available shifts through the YNV app, or ask our team to help with the matching process. The YNV app also supports availability, notifications, messaging, and assignment details.
